I have been working at Universal Hospital Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mission of the company is awesome. New leadership in last two years is pretty good and doing many great things. People at the corporate office are generally collaborative. Field workers are super dedicated.

    Cons

Structure of the company still needs a little work (at the corporate office). Old school management style too common among several leaders which makes work/life balance difficult ... depends on what team you work on. A lot of expectation to make sacrifices for the company even when there's nothing in it for you.

    Advice to Management

Create a more consistent org structure. Work to generate more ideas/solutions from ordinary employees.
