I worked at Universal Hospital Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    A company phone and autonomy

    Cons

Terrible management, HR, compensation... the list goes on. The company is preparing to sell, so invest your time looking elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Stand for something and listen to your employees. Tenured staff has resigned or been pushed out. Compensation is a joke, HR is a nightmare top down, executive management is consumed with the "presidents circle trips" with no focus on the individuals that make the company profitable.

    Pros

    Best boss in the business.

    Cons

Super low pay compared to competitors. PTO isn't paid time off. It's paid less time off. Lot's of travel away from home for just over minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Devise better incentives for employees. Some of us want to move up in the business.

I have been working at Universal Hospital Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company was a great concept that current leadership cant get a handle on.

    Cons

If you have education or work ethic you will soon be fired. As soon as you show any ability to help the company, they get rid of you.

    Advice to Management

If you keep firing, eventually there will be no one left to do the work you refuse to do. The only employee that ever served the customer or made this place money was fired. This place is no place for a career. Don't take my word for it, ask any one in the Bio-med field in the entire state.
