    Active, hospital setting, flexible hours

    Cons

    Overworked, underpaid, management swept serious incidents under the rug, racism and sexism within department reported but not taken seriously, unnecessary drama between employees, little opportunity for advancement, nepotism

    diversity and team building training would greatly benefit employees

    It's a job and that's it.

    Upper management has their noses stuck so far up each other's butt they lose sight of the business.

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating employees like dummy's. Don't waste employee's time so that upper management can feel like they are somebody while stating the obvious. This place is a joke!

    You are able to attend the yearly sales meeting somewhere nice.

    Bonus is always all over the place
    You will never hit your sales numbers
    Management sucks
    Upper management is even worse
    Sometimes you are required to work evenings and weekends.

    Give more realistic sales goals, especially in areas where competition is high. Find a bonus plan and stick with it.
