      Company needs to keep up with the times...

      Pros

      - Excellent roster, opportunity to work on interesting projects and artists. - Great benefit package that continues to expand each year - Work/life balance depending on the department you work in

      Cons

      - No annual performance reviews - Yearly cost of living adjustment, but salaries at UMG are already far below market rate. - Office politics are worse than I have experienced elsewhere - Roles that are able to WFH are being forced back into the office next year + no legitimate reasons are given as to why return would be beneficial.

      Software Development & Database Specialist

      Had interview Tuesday morning for a Supply Chain position. Recruiter said I should hear back in 24-48 hours. It’s been 72 hours and I haven’t heard back. What should I do? Email him asking what’s the status? Wait until next Monday? Does this mean he is not considering me for the job? I was really looking forward to getting this job because I feel I am a perfect fit. That’s why I’m honesty feeling impatient.
