Pros
Everyone here loves music, so the culture and atmosphere is very creative. Lots of opportunity to learn about the nitty gritty of the industry and form relationships with people across the business. Good benefits for PTO/vacation, medical and dental.
Cons
Long hours, low compensation, high turnover, little room for promotion unless someone leaves/steps down, diversity/inclusion is a huge issue that needs to be addressed.
