Some UMG execs neeed an IT trainiing course or two. .. Too many projects/products in the pipeline, but not enough programmers to support the deliverables and schedule.

Business is run on the backs of really poorly paid interns. To work for labels you have to start as an intern and the only people who can afford to live off peanuts are middle class kids from the shires being bank rolled by family which makes for really poor diversity in an industry that should be representing people from all backgrounds. After all it's an industry where a lot of our artists come from minority backgrounds.
