People are generally pleasant & there's a few nice benefits.

Business is run on the backs of really poorly paid interns. To work for labels you have to start as an intern and the only people who can afford to live off peanuts are middle class kids from the shires being bank rolled by family which makes for really poor diversity in an industry that should be representing people from all backgrounds. After all it's an industry where a lot of our artists come from minority backgrounds.
