I have been working at Universal Orlando Resort part-time

    Pros

The benefits are amazing for not only you but your family too. You get 50% during holidays, and 25-35% off regularly. Along with that you get free access to all three parks and free one day 3-park tickets quarterly. Along with that the "party patrol" goes around and gives you free things if you're in back of house. I love working there, the HR and management are so nice and amazing too.

    Cons

No cons I have experienced so far!

I have been working at Universal Orlando Resort full-time

    Pros

Great starting pay for my position (tech services), amazing benefits, high job security, industry applicable training and experience

    Cons

The parking lot is huge plus the distance to where you need to be. So there's a bit of extra travel distance walking before you start to work.

I have been working at Universal Orlando Resort full-time

    Pros

You have access to many different opportunities you wouldn't have at a normal job. From working in Pyrotechnics to designing shows and themes for their seasonal events. There's always something to do and the perks are too long too list.

    Cons

Pay can vary from the other theme parks, but you'll never work at a place as unique as Universal.
