    Pros

My personal pros are: -I have a great relationship with my Operation and Division Managers. -I have a great relationship with the Client. -My post is within 10 minutes of my home. -My pay is very close to what I asked for upon being hired. -I run my post to my liking and no one questions me, so I appreciate the trust that my Division Mgr has in me. -I'm sure I have more.....but I'm sure you get the picture....

    Pros

there is bountiful opportunities for overtime and there is no shortage for full time work even in a recession. advancement to supervisor positions is rapid if one is motivated and aggressive.

    Cons

there is very little that can be said about how universal protection services will protect its employees from wrongful termination and is a situational topic. Many sites are unclear as to how to properly meet your new site and training officer.

    Pros

Other guards are cool to work with. Steady paycheck (even if you LOL when you get paid)

    Cons

Where do I begin? Low pay Terrible communication skills by office/management Cheap uniforms ($300? Give me a break) No room for advancement Favoritism This company is a joke. I was PC at a post making less than $10!! For 2 years. They never return phone calls unless the client complains about you, then they TRACK YOU DOWN. And that thing called an 'Anniversary Bonus'... only good for your first year. I guess these morons don't know that anniversary is something that takes place EVERY YEAR. Wow. I'm done.

    Pros

I don't have to much to say about the pros of universal but since it has to be more than 2 words i'm going to say that its a job.

    Cons

The cons are the wages that they start you off with, there is no room for growth if the position the managing position is filled where you are already, supervisors are not supportive, very bad management and concern for you well being
