      Pros

Flexible hours, numerous work sites available

      Cons

low pay, very difficult to get a hold of operation managers or anybody in the filed officers, promise full time but make you work part-time or as little as 20 hours per week. A lot of favoritism in work sites

Hands down most unprofessional company I've worked for

      Pros

Very little genuine effort is required or ever really asked for. Great for retirees or people who want a low effort job. Will offer health insurance (read cons though) at a rather low cost.

      Cons

Absolutely no support for management, will easily be thrown under the bus for issues that you had no control over. They'll refuse to take your calls when you have questions (or will always be unavailable), but will hound you relentlessly when they want something. Low pay. You'll be lured in on the premise this is simple work, but you'll suddenly find yourself inheriting trouble from upset contract holders that had nothing to do with you. The health insurance plans, maybe the only real benefit they offer, are an absolute joke.

      Pros

I am currently at the General Atomics Poway location. It is a federal contract, but there's no federal pay. I like what I do, but $14/hr doesn't pay the bills.

      Cons

High turn over rate due to low pay rate. They keep saying that they're talking about getting more money for a pay rate but that's been the rumor for two years now.

      Pros

Paid weekly. Work 3 and a half days a week for 44 hours a week. Easy job paying $10/hour. Overtime, if you want it.

      Cons

Low pay without any raises. High turnover. Long 12.5 hours a day for 3 days. People don't come to work on time, or at all. Sometimes your hours are cut.
