    Pros

    The company’s current managers are the best I have seen since I’ve been here. They care about the customers, employees and the company. It’s great to work here.

    Cons

    It feels like we’re running out of space at our headquarters. The new facility being built will help with this.

    Tremendous growth creating advancement for employees. This company really cares. Most of the people are great to work with and very knowledgeable in their positions.

    Poor communication at times. Slow review process.

    Speed up employee reviews and have more meetings to communicate between departments better.

    This has been an excellent place to work with opportunities for staff to advance. The salary and benefits are better than other places I worked at. The owner has bought other companies and started new businesses since I’ve been here, giving staff a lot of opportunities to advance. After a few years I was promoted to a management position, and I have seen other staff also promoted in the different divisions. The owner...
