I have been working at Universal Software full-time

    Pros

There are no hire and fire situation in the organization. Employee do get benefits and flexibility in their work. Management will ask people to leave if they will not perform and ofcourse no organization will keep these type of people who will not perform. So we need to blame organization for that . Even I am working from past 7years and I havent found any challenge. I just found this organization as the best place to work with.

    Cons

Organization is doing best to employees. They are not firing any employee.
