    Pros

Decent commission structure, and advancement opportunities. 1 week paid vacation! Great learning opportunity, however the store location impacts earning potential.

    Cons

Terrible benefits(unbelievably expensive insurance), small busines sales commission went unpaid for 5 months, high pressure goals from owners and area managers.

    Advice to Management

    Reconsider daily progress status updates

I worked at Universal Wireless full-time

    Pros

Theres nothing I liked about this company

    Cons

The most absolute worst company to work for!! Under paid ! Unrealistic goals to hit. Terrible benefits , and unsafe working environments. The HR center is the worst. You can barely get in contact with them. Everything about the contact is horrible.

    Advice to Management

Just close your business. Its terrible.

    Pros

    The commission potential is limitless.

    Advice to Management

Base promotions on more than just sales numbers.

I have been working at Universal Wireless full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Close to home and good coworkers

    Cons

Pay is horrible. Location of all stores are horrible. After joining with Marceco it has got worse. Alway wanting more, but paying you less.

    Advice to Management

Had two store managers who never showed up but about twice a month and all their travel was paid for and all expenses paid back even those falsified. Pay Needs to match demands. Good employees are trashed on while the ones that do nothing just sail along and nothing is ever said or done.

I have been working at Universal Wireless full-time

    Pros

Flexible with scheduling, potential to make good money in high volume stores

    Cons

Unorganized, mess up your paycheck, quality and scoreboard goals are unrealistic for lower volume stores. Withheld access to view our pay stubs unless we signed documents (only one of which we could read).

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees. Make sure you are providing the tools we need in order to succeed.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Manage your manager to mange their employees. Otherwise why do you have a manager. Why do store managers compete against employees for sales?

    Cons

Management has no concern for employees being professional.
Sales goals are lies about and not actually met even though managers will say they are.

    Advice to Management

Actually have some oversight if you're going to pay people to be district managers.
