    Pros

Good people who work there, travel, good benefits

    Cons

Poor management and communication, disorganized for such a small company, constantly changing directions,

    Advice to Management

Many people were over worked and under paid. (but who isn't right?) and there was no room for advancement. The people who did get promoted didn't always deserve it. The people that did really well in their jobs were never rewarded for it. There was no formal performance review process so how could they even monitor their staff? Renaming the company Universal World Events is not going to save you from going under. Having the majority of your good staff leave because they were unhappy does not reflect well on any company. So re-organize, get people in power who deserved it and do their job well, start reviewing your employees and promoting them, and communicate well with your staff.

I worked at UniversalProcon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Bagel Fridays, Traveling to great locations

    Cons

poor work life balance. If you work weekends you're supposed to get an additional vacation day to make up for it, but managers will give you a hard time if you try to use it. Managers wait until the last possible moment to let you know if PTO is approved. Limited feedback from management.
