    Pros

flexibility at working hours, interesting job, contact to clever people contact to young people, learn a lot, good environment, nice colleagues

    Advice to Management

Make better use of the software which is there for students, as we do not even know how to work with the scientific databases.

    Pros

Really good opportunity to network with people who are working in international organizations. A chance to develop international friendships and delve deeper into international development.

    Advice to Management

Better planning, actually caring for the students. Not some half hearted effort for an expensive programme.
