    Pros

    The job allowed me to study properly at night and also have a diversified communication stand with foreign students.

    Cons

    Well, as a warden staff, you could be awake all night due to various disturbances from students.

    Advice to Management

    I would recommend a more severe fine scales for student who do not abide by the residential rules.

    Flexible hours, good rate of pay, friendly co-workers, nice work environment

    Occassionally deal with unpleasant students, no guidelines in dealing with some situations

    On the bureaucratic side of things at times. But not that often. But considering it is an old traditional university it is less so than I would say other universities of its ilk are
