I worked at University College London part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great location, many facilities and incredible diversity

    Cons

Can be difficult to balance work with studying.

    Advice to Management

Management is at good levels, there is an optimum diversification and hopefully that wont change.

I worked at University College London as a contractor

    Pros

Very flexible work, nice people to work with, pay was completely fine and on time. I must recommend this experience.

    Cons

The only problems were some long times without breaks and ineffective preparation. We would often show up to work and have to wait 30-60 min before receiving clear instructions.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a clearer system of how to manage the stewards, also there should likely be fewer so as to provide more hours on a weekly basis.
