I have been working at University Hospital (Cincinnati) full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The benefit of working in a hospital facility allows you to be more comfortable with the physicians you may have to go to.

    Cons

The administration is not always concerned about lower level staff. They are not able to give you an actually salary min-max. There is a lot of favoritism shown. Lot of racial issues intrernally.

    Advice to Management

Show more consideration for lower level staff and make situations more diverse within the hospital.
