I worked at University Medical Center New Orleans full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Formed positive relationships with several coworkers

    Cons

Forms of management are either non existent or micromanagement, no opportunities ever given for growth despite nothing but positive quarterly reviews, several issues with prejudice and harassment throughout my time there (more than I have experienced at any other job), high turn over rate, deplorable communication from management.

I worked at University Medical Center New Orleans full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Experience and the Employees are about all that come to mind.

    Cons

Understaffed Mismanaged Staff Under Appreciated No Employee Incentives Shady Management Inadequate training, the dept I worked for offered zero training and the workers were rude and hateful that they would have to take time to answer a question. It isn’t that they themselves are hateful but so overworked and short staffed that they are emotionally drained.
