    Pros

    THE BEST medical care in El Paso. You cannot get better stroke care for 500 miles. Level 1 trauma is top notch.

    Cons

    Leadership in some departments are unprofessional. Personalities and ego prevail in critical areas and thwart strong team development. This limits effective communication and performance.

    Reliable pay. Good culture. Stable work environment

    Overall, there is a disconnect between management and employees. Management likes to spend money in unnecessary places instead of investing in employee tools and technology.

    Got to learn all the different shifts, all shifts were rotated evenly between colleagues, great environment to work in
