    Fast-Paced Educational Retirement and 401k are pretty Good pay for El Paso

    Cons

    Health benefits need to be better, it can be expensive if you want to see anyone who is not a UMC provider and they do not have all practices. minimal raises Hard to grow and move up

    Pros

    you’re around coffee all day some of the employees make the hatred of the job worth it you build relationships with nurses, doctors, and other employees in the hospital

    Cons

    management is not the best no communication lots of favoritism management does nothing to improve work environment no opportunities to move up

    -Some friendly management -Located centrally -Friendly hospital staff

    Cons

    - Very negative staff - Lack of communication is rampant throughout the pharmacy - Management is very unorganized and unclear about scheduling - Unclean/disorganized/crowded/dirty work environment in the pharmacy

    Pros

    It is an excellent place to start your career as a RD. I was able to get exposed to a lot interesting cases.

    Management needs improvement. The workload is too much for the team of dietitians.

    Nice staff/residents. Learning hospital. PPE available for staff and COVID-19. Retirement/benefits. Starbucks/cafeteria open late.

    Cons

    Pay; management/admin communication regarding COVID-19 policies for staff. Mandatory overtime (4th day) is burning out staff.
