    I have been working at University Physician Associates full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    It's pretty laid back and the employees are very helpful most of the the time. It has great benefits mad a wonderful atmosphere!

    Cons

    There is always someone watching you And there is a lot of backstabbing there. There isn't ever room to advance.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management is very strict all the time

    Pros

    Patients understood when there is too little appointments for ill people.

    Cons

    liability of not reporting factual medical details.

    Advice to Management

    rather than focusing on numbers, how about health CARE?

    Pros

    In the beginning it wasn't a bad place to work. The pay was modest, but overall, it was pretty satisfying.

    Cons

    Changes in management has now made it a stressful, difficult place to work. Mgmt live like kings, employees like peasants.

    Advice to Management

    Share some of the wealth! Give employes a raise and stop huge salaries and bonuses to management - pay obscene.

    I worked at University Physician Associates full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Be able to get your foot into the Healthcare Industry

    Cons

    They bring you on less than average pay, hard to receive promotions and pay increases, promises to help relocate you if needed but even with 6 months notice was unable to. Hard to talk to any upper management. Just very disorganized company.
