I have been working at University Tees part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is on my own time, and I can decide how much time I work/how much money I make.
It's a great job for a college student taking classes
It gives students great sales/marketing experience while also making money during the semester.

    Cons

I truly can't really think of any cons. This job is incredible and I'm so happy I found out about it.

    Advice to Management

I can't even think of anything else I could want in an on-campus job. I appreciate all the help management gives to their student employees.

I have been working at University Tees full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Create your own hours, commission based pay scale so the harder you work - the more money you make, get to make new friends and networks on campus and get real life experience building your own business!

    Cons

The company is in eastern time and I am in central time so sometimes I will run into problems communicating and getting things done for the last hour or so of the business day. Not too bad!

    Advice to Management

They really invest a lot of time and resources into campus managers which pays off big time for the ones that take advantage of those opportunities

    Pros

Easily one of the best jobs on campus. You have to put in a lot of time, effort, and work to hit sales goals and that can be challenging for some. Friendly work atmosphere with tons of opportunities for growth and development. Company truly cares about it's campus managers.

    Cons

    Favoritism amongst Campus Managers
High sales goals - can be attainable if your campus is larger
Art turnaround time is especially slow in busy season

    Advice to Management

Be aware of favoritism. Some CMs receive a ton of recognition, while others don't. This can be discouraging for some.

I have been working at University Tees full-time

    Pros

This company is truly the best place I have ever worked. They are confident in their employees, trust us for feedback and decision making, and truly help us in both our professional and personal lives.

    Cons

The only downside of University Tees is that there are a lot of employees in a little space. They are doing a phenomenal job of opening new office spaces both in Lakewood and around the country at the moment!

    Advice to Management

I would suggest to be a little more understanding of BDLs personal lives, and allow for us to live them to the fullest. We currently live and breathe UTees because we love it, but it would be nice to have a better work/life balance expectation.

I have been working at University Tees part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

University Tees is by far the greatest atmosphere I have ever been a part of. This includes school, family, and every job I have had in the past. They hire on aptitude and attitude, which fosters a good environment. I can truly say I have met some of the greatest souls in my life here and have become a better person because of my time here with University Tees.

    Cons

I really don't have many cons. Sometimes it stinks being so far away from headquarters but that is how the business functions and there is nothing to do to combat that.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing and always remember the culture is more important than the money. Always put the well-being of others above sales.
