    Negative Outlook

I worked at University Tees part-time

    Pros

Very good SSC. The owners of the company are cool and have a good outlook.

    Cons

Unprofessional and they underpay. We only make 8% commision, but there are HOURS of work going into it. It is very hit and miss, but if you don't get your months minimum revenue (even though no one wants to order anything off of the site period) you will get fired. They promise "three warnings" which you never get, they just fire on the spot over email.

    Advice to Management

If you want people to buy from you, don't lie about giving warnings then fire on the spot. I've bought from you all for 2 years, the small paychecks that I did get went back into buying shirts from y'all, then y'all really do me like this. No more business from me, my greek chapter, or any of my friends of family.

I have been working at University Tees full-time

    Pros

The two owners of the company are awesome. They have a great feel for the company, the product, and the industry. Everyone here is super nice. There's generally not a lot of pressure to deliver new features because the tech team is so lax. Things can be always pushed back. Regular 9 to 5 job.

    Cons

There is some serious dead weight on the tech team, starting with the CTO... Be prepared to work while watching others do nothing all day. Your boss who does nothing will also talk down to you and lie to your face with no problem.

HR will try to underpay you by reneging on their offer from the phone, so make sure you get everything in writing from the start.

    Advice to Management

Cut the dead weight on the team

I have been working at University Tees part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is on my own time, and I can decide how much time I work/how much money I make.
It's a great job for a college student taking classes
It gives students great sales/marketing experience while also making money during the semester.

    Cons

I truly can't really think of any cons. This job is incredible and I'm so happy I found out about it.

    Advice to Management

I can't even think of anything else I could want in an on-campus job. I appreciate all the help management gives to their student employees.
