    Neutral Outlook

I worked at University Village Thousand Oaks as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people working there love their job and want to help residents everyday. They work together well to produce the best outcome.

    Cons

Sad being around elderly comminity in which many die very often. Takes the right kind of person to not become attached or be affected by it.

    Advice to Management

You're doing a great job. Thank you.
