I have been working at University of Alberta full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, decent salary, opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

Academic staff are treated far more superior than NASA staff. It gets tiring. If you want to be treated with respect, I would look elsewhere unless you're an academic.
