    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at University of Arizona part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some talented professors doing good research.

    Cons

No emphasis on teaching responsibilities. Whether you are a good or bad TA has no bearing on anything, including whether or not you continue to receive TAships. Often find out whether or not you even will be receiving a TA position (and pay and tuition waiver) a week before the start of that semester.

    Advice to Management

Your entire business model depends on Graduate students to provide the actual education that the undergrads are overpaying for. Treat them with a bare minimum of respect.
