I have been working at University of Arkansas part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I had a great experience at the geology department, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. I was impressed with the city and the friendliness of the people, students, and the professors. The professors’ willingness to help the students was their best attribute. They care about their student's’ success and were more than willing to spend extra time to achieve that.

    Cons

There is none that I can think of currently. Everything worked out just fine for me personally. There are no cons as far as I am concerned.
