I worked at University of Arkansas at Little Rock part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The hours are flexible. The supervisors are willing to negotiate pay outside of the UALR Works guidelines. All of the supervisors are very nice and accommodating.

    Cons

The hours can be restricted to basic business hours during the week (8AM-5PM) which can make it difficult to get a lot of hours due to personal class schedules.

    Advice to Management

Maybe you should consider extending the office hours of the offices that employee a lot of student workers so that there are more opportunities to work.
