    Pros

    Nice offices, good work ethics

    Cons

Can be pretty intimidating and a few professors are a bit outdated and less helpful.

    Advice to Management

Should care about graduate students more. Hardly have any events. Very poor companies come to the job fairs and the good ones don't recruit U of C students. Should focus on coop more.

    Pros

Faculties have strategic plans - know where they are going
    Research is a primary focus
Service to the community is celebrated
Would only recommend to a friend in a faculty, not an administrative unit

Some admin units have more contractors running the place than staff - lack of leadership and commitment
Some admin units use a culture of fear to drive employees

    Advice to Management

Spend a little time naval gazing; listen to what your engagement surveys and other tools are telling you; stop using the stick to motivate employees
