    Pros

    Great benefits, especially if you have a family. Very flexible and understanding (at least in my department) when it comes to work-life balance.

    Cons

    Parking is kind of a pain, you need to pay for a pass and the lots (for me at least) are 5-10 minutes away from the office.

    Pros

    Inclusively supports individualized self growth with early foundations all forwardly towards strengthening the progressively moving experiences that encourage and enhance the improvement of professional skills and company culture as an employee, team member and holistic company.

    Cons

    No high likelihood to get a full time promotion because the openings are sparse due to likelihood of extended seniority still in place.

    Great resource that supports your future career; offers flexibility that allows optimal allocation of your time and efforts; awesome connection to outside industrial opportunities

    Budget constraint is always a big issue; requires a certain amount of service (GSI/GSR) to sustain study life which can be distraction to research and study

    Advice to Management

    Not much. Overall I am satisfied with the current management arrangement.

    Very intellectual and active community with many talents from different fields and different regions of the world; top-notch computer science program

    Cons

    Limited space and fund but with big number of students to share the resources, so not great resources per student, and less friendly as well

    Pros

    -had fun with kids
    -got to play my sport
    -chilled with my boys at break

    Cons

    -it was hot some days
    -not that much water
    -only was a weekend job wish it was longer

    they are asking for a 20 word mininum review on a weekend position that I held I am sorry
