    Pros

    The staff are terrific and driven by the mission to work here. Working on a student academic cycle is invigorating.

    Cons

    Budget cuts make work here painful and uncertain. Central campus leadership doesn't always pay attention to the needs of other staff and students. Management is not valued, and managers don't get trained. Working for faculty can be difficult.

    Pros

    Meet a lot of people with different backgrounds. I had a very flexible work schedule so I was able to accommodate all of my school activities.

    Cons

    The pay isn't that great and it was a part time gig so I didn't expect a whole lot.
