    UC Merced has amazing, hardworking employees. The sense of community is amazing.

    Due to the fact that the school is growing so quickly, employees are often bogged down with the workload of 2-3 employees.

    Bureaucratic, low pay, very difficult to find answers as the institution is so massive, difficult to get to know people on campus as it is so large and spread out

    Slow days were very slow. Had to go seek more responsibility, not super balanced work load.
