    Pros

    The fact that you work at UC Berkeley always makes people feel comfortable with the level of work that you're able to do.

    Cons

    There is always budget cuts and you never know if you make it. It's causes PTSD

    Figure out the budget

    UCR provides fair pay and excellent benefits to its grad students.

    They tend to be stingy on how many summer TA sessions they open.

    Pros

    Deep inside knowledge of the financial status of the university.

    Cons

    Completely unorganized, schedule is erratic, people scattered brain, nobody follows up on projects. Nothing gets truly done because people like to take control of departments that aren't even in their territory. Everyone has an ego.

    ORGANIZE!
