    Pros

This was a work study position created in response to student (versus company) needs. Most professors are excellent and go out of their way to help students and this attitude is strong indication of a high quality work environment for the professors as well.

    Cons

The only negatives I am familiar with are beyond the control of the university. For example, rapid changes in local economy and population make keeping up with trends all the more difficult.

    Advice to Management

Forget about "academic incest"! You train students at all levels to excellence so take advantage of your investment and hold onto them for as long as they are willing (and able) to stay (undergraduate > graduate > faculty)!

    Pros

Very strong and organized institution with lots of room for growth and a well respected position in the area. Great weather.

    Cons

Very large organization therefore it can be easy to get lost in the beauracracy. There are over 60,000 students and about a 1:50 faculty/student ratio

    Advice to Management

Make sure to continue to recruit top talent to further the organization for years to come. Make sure to treat professors well.
