My direct supervisors and professors I worked under in the Biology department were great.

A couple of the professors took advantage of teaching interns, leaving shortly after class started and not returning again.

I have been working at University of Central Missouri full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Small town atmosphere with many really smart people dedicated to student development.

    Cons

Culture created by administrators for faculty is ever-changing at admin whim and prioritizes credit hour generation over education. Pay deflated.

    Advice to Management

Find real, transparent, and consistent ways to encourage and motivate faculty. Not just demand more with less. It wastes student education.
