I have been working at University of Chicago part-time

    Pros

Tremendous faculty, students, and academic resources. Wonderful campus right in a city. Genuinely diverse, as far as politics and affiliations go; far more than most universities today, and certainly more than its peers.

    Cons

Students are given greater independence, which is both a pro and a con.

I have been working at University of Chicago full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The school has first-class teaching and research faculty as well as a thriving student body. The environment is competitive and the competitions are rewarding.

    Cons

The location of the school may not be the most ideal among universities with the same reputation in terms of weather, community, and safety.

    Advice to Management

There is not much to complain about the school's management from a student's perspective. I have enjoyed my experience with the administrative staff here.
