I have been working at University of Colorado full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits and a spectacular work/life balance.

    Cons

The pay is relatively low and there is little room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Management has been very good so far! My only advice would be to find a way to pay the employees more as many of my coworkers are chronically under significant financial stress.

    Pros

Great benefits and work, life balance. Great advancement opportunities with three different campuses. Organization has a great reputation and there is good training in place.

    Cons

Sometimes it's too slow and not enough work. Pay is less than private industry. Organization seems to lack good communication between campuses. Management sometimes does not listen to lower level people for advice before moving forward with new processes.

    Advice to Management

Focus on what lower level people have to say. Get input from lower level people before moving forward with new processes.
