    The university offers a multitude of employment options for students that are flexible with class schedules. Dayton also excels at providing students professional development opportunities.

    Cons

    Very little cons, but students are limited to working a maximum of 20 hours/ week

    I have been working at University of Dayton full-time

    Pros

    People are very nice, things are get done fast. They depend primarily on the Air Force contracts so super cool projects to work on. 2 weeks of vacation per year, 2 weeks of sick leave plus 10 holiday and the week between Christmas and New Year off. Also, class at UD are free.

    This position has no advancement or pay raises outside of cost of living adjustments
