    Pros

President Spina truly walks the talk when it comes to diversity and inclusion. I did not realize how toxic the environment was to work in under Dan Curran until the change in leadership.

    Cons

Although the administrative leadership has definitely made a positive difference in overall climate, there is still so much more to do. Very political environment, not a lot of room to move up. The benefits are not great and the pay doesn't make up for it.

    Pros

Fun, active office where you get to help other students. Great place to work as a student to be able to be in the library and get your work done. Great experience with diverse faculty and staff.

    Cons

Not many cons come to mind.

I have been working at University of Dayton full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Tuition benefit and reasonably priced health insurance. Many opportunities for professional and personal development.

    Cons

Low wages for many administrative positions and blue collar jobs. I don't know many people who have "Moved up the ranks". Employees and students have noticed a big change since President Spina replaced Dr. Curran.

    Advice to Management

It feels like decisions are over analyzed, yet many things still get overlooked or don't make sense. Losing the sense of community for employees and students.
