    As a woman, it's not conducive to upward mobility. Pay is not great.

    Staff cares about impact on students. They know they make a difference. Campus culture is on of caring about others, coworkers, student

    Would like to see more diverse in terms of social economic students from this area versus international students. Work to make tuition more affordable.

    Listen to those that have been employed for 15 plus years. They understand the culture that others are trying to keep intact.

    Very nice working environment, nice coworker, nice and understanding manager (at least for me). Work and life balance si good.

    Enjoy teaching and UD has a nice campus with dedicated students.

    Adjunct is part time I know but you don't know if you will teach from semester to semester.
