    Pros

    7 hour work day, nice culture, free tuition for self, spouse and dependents, 15 paid holidays, great wellness program.

    Cons

    7 hour work day, Low pay, mediocre health care insurance, high cost of parking, minimal annual raise, no merit raise opportunity.

    Advice to Management

    Pay is still the bottom line. This needs to change!

    I worked at University of Dayton full-time

    Pros

    They offered very good benefits. They were very reasonable for vacation/sick time requests.

    Cons

    It was very difficult to advance or transfer through organization. However, as I understand, the university typically receives many applications for their open positions.

    UD has one of the most beautiful campuses in the country. the facilities are great compared to many schools in ohio

    pay is okay but not very good. need to increase diversity.

    Flexible work hours, easy to get approval for time off. Good reputation with current client base, potential future customers. Strong presence with the Government world.

    Cons

    Management is unwilling to provide opportunities to expand your skillset if it does not benefit the current work load being addressed by the team.

    Think outside the box to empower your staff's capabilities.
