    Location is good. Campus is beautiful.

    benefits are ok, but if you are a woman don't expect decent maternity leave

    Easy access to Philly, Baltimore, Washington, DC by train

    Limited public transport onto campus -- or at least not easy to give up use of car if you live at any distance

    Hierarchical leadership structure --not faculty/student/staff centric in some important ways

    Known to be a party school
