    Flexible hours and great management

    Minimum wage and the jobs feel very remedial. I didn't feel very needed

    Advice to Management

    Make the employees feel important, throw a promotion to those who work a lot.

    Pros

    Hardworking,dedicated and persistent.Iam able to set goals and accomplish them under the targeted time frame.Iam a good team player.

    Cons

    I tend to expect too much from my students,so much that I'd they don't achieve I blame myself.I have always wanted perfect students who make very few mistakes.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be more time conscious and follow up must always be consistent.They should be more attentive to the various departments and their concerns other than thinking that they have to channel information from top to bottom.

    -Health benefits, Insurance is really nice.
    - Your tuition gets waived off.
    -Work life depends on department enrolled in.

    - Lower salary than other schools
    - Still have to pay $700 for tuition.
