    Great pay, great benefits. I like the students.

    Cons

    The old President and Dean were there for a long time. I'm hopeful to see what new administrators will do.

    Advice to Management

    Recruit more students. It's a great school waiting to be discovered.

    I enjoy the culture the atmosphere and the friendly people on the campus. Even when times are tough they still take care of their employees. There are many activities to be involved in and new faces to meet.

    Cons

    There is not a sports team to represent the university.
