    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at University of Houston-Clear Lake full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very hard to get fired, people have worked here for decades, nice management

    Cons

Very hard to get fired.. Those who need to get let go aren't, people have worked here for decades and are stuck in their ways, management is too nice when it comes to doing their job instead of keeping friends

    Advice to Management

Actually manage your employee's. If they are not doing their job, then they need to be let go. For a University that complains about budget, you are very wasteful when it comes to salaries and positions for people that don't deserve them.
