    Pros

    Good experience if you want to work in a lab or go to grad school. Ran by very reputable people that have many popular papers published.

    Cons

    The department leader is very demanding. Genius for sure, but very intense about his requirements and deadlines.

    You're doing great and getting the recognition that you deserve.

    Benefits were great: housing and food accommodated for. Social environment.

    Cons

    Training was not flexible, and certain buildings had more dedication to the job itself than to academics.

    Time management, and realistic goal setting for some students who are taking on a large load of hours.
