    Pros

    - used to be a great work environment - great chance to meet other students - can study while working - nice work/life balance

    Cons

    - since the change in management, they no longer allow flexibility for students - hostile emails Ultimately, this is a work study job only available to students, so to not allow flexibility for students during finals, midterms, etc. is a little absurd. You can only work a max of 20 hrs a week and management is very withholding when giving hours. As a result of bad scheduling students frequently didn't show up for work and management blamed it on the students. I know that these negative changes are because of one person in particular, but I'm optimistic about improvements in the work environment. I think the worst thing was the passive aggressive emails which are unnecessary and after a while caused me to quit. Push for your right as a student to have the flexibility you require and eventually the work environment will reflect the proper values. The reason I am giving 3 stars and not 2 is because the rest of the staff and students are great and a joy to work with. Change is hard but not impossible. Regular student workers will probably start at $8.50 or $9 /hr, student leaders get $10 /hr.

    Pros

Management is very understanding with students. The environment is great for studying/multitasking while on shift (when it isn't busy with customer support requests). And hours are flexible since it is mostly a student role.

    Cons

At the beginning and end of the semester, it gets extremely busy.

    Can't think of any... more words? 1 2 3 4 5

    Cons

Working at CASA was awful, gotta keep stading inside the testing room for 4 hours straight with no break while some random favourite employee gets to sit on the front desk doing nothing. Management is incompetent and useless and terrible at doing a very basic job which is to schedule employees and restock inventory once a year while enjoying the perks of working from home and NEVER coming to worksite, overpaid much? They sure are on a power trip, I mean what can you do when you do when you know you aren't gonna get ahead in your career more than this, this would probably be their only opportunity to boss around international students getting their masters who will soon enough be at a more meaningful position having much better compensation than them, so they gotta take the opportunity and make them bow in front of them as much as they can before they sail off to bigger and better opportunities after graduating.

    Pros

    - very flexible, forgiving, and understanding - very encouraging and affirming - very kind - invested in making sure you're prepared and supported for doing the work

    Cons

    - more training, communication, and organization would make me a bit more comfortable, but it was pretty sufficient - I would've liked more proactive feedback - long weekly meetings that could've been emails or individual - could've been a bit more diverse, but I guess it's diverse as far as arts institutions go - pay could've been more scalable - i would've liked more room to grow
