I worked at University of Illinois at Chicago

    Pros

The lab was very relaxing and the management was never breathing down your neck. Access to technology that people think only exists in movies Great group of people to be working around and learn from

    Cons

Sometimes classes using the lab would be in the way so scheduling was a must. Until you've been around for a bit sometimes you can feel like an outsider to those working there.

    Advice to Management

There really are no words of advice that I can give them. They are doing a great job managing all of the researchers and giving good feedback during the weekly meetings. Help is accessible when wanted so if any advice. Keep doing what you're doing.
