    Neutral Outlook

I worked at University of Illinois at Chicago full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small project groups working on cancer, Alzheimer's, etc. Quite work place, with ample scope to overlap in multiple projects. Especially good when one has a career change in mind to core cellular and molecular biology techniques and biomedical sciences research.

    Cons

Pretty isolated location. Very limited opportunities in bio-related jobs in the neighborhood. Also, employee tuition benefits though applicable, but might be hard to avail as not many courses would be available in that small setup.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at University of Illinois at Chicago full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Located near my home.

    Cons

Completely unprofessional management at the HIAC AIDS clinic. Inappropriate boundaries between the management staff, and the clients. The MOST inappropriate standards that I have EVER experienced in a work environment. Unethical regarding compliance with the state standards for the program.

    Advice to Management

Start over, with a new professionally trained management team.
