    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at University of Illinois at Chicago

    Pros

Scientific inquiry, collaborative environment. No more positive things to say, so filling 20 word minimum with filler words and repetitive words and repetitive words.

    Cons

Tantamount to slave labor. The NIH model of research is wasteful while at the same time it manages to pay the bare minimum to researchers. Inefficient research and poor working conditions are emblematic of academia.

    Advice to Management

Professors in academia would have a moral imperative to discourage students from entering academia, unfortunately the critical conflict of interest is that teaching stipends depend on the influx of money from fresh students and their parents each year.
