I have been working at University of Illinois at Chicago full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, great pay, lots of OT, friendly staff

    Cons

There is a lot of favoritism within the staffing in Radiology which in turn divides the staff usually causing distention. No room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Heed the concerns of your senior staff and the discrimination we receive.

I have been working at University of Illinois at Chicago full-time

    Pros

decent pay for the work. Free tuition waver if in phd program.

    Cons

Have to deal with professors and do most of the grading for them. Still have to do research on the side.

    Advice to Management

Fire gen chem professor for lab. She has no idea what she is doing. Hire a student to do her job and redo the entire lab and experiments. It is outdated and has too many mistakes.
