    Most colleagues were pleasant to work with, I learned many things about the therapeutic area.

    It was challenging to share necessary information with the leaders.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your staff with continuing education opportunities and workplace improvement exercises. You will not be disappointed.

    It was my first job in USA and it was great working there. Staff is really friendly and you get the real feel of an american work environment

    Great benefits, staff from all walks of life and corners of the world.

    Cons

    Many employees are so protected that they become unmotivated and are simply getting by until they can retire with a full pension. Advancement opportunities are minimal.

    Pros

    insurance package - (and they are nearby!)
    supports employee education

    Cons

    no parking available unless you pay a LOT
    you need to push yourself if you want to move up and learn
    the environment is pretty lenient.

    Advice to Management

    very routinely work. Hard to be the first author for publication.
