    Very robust support from staff management in the UIC FitWell Center, flexible hours, great pay for a student job

    Cons

    keeping accounts of sessions can get a little messy, this is not a huge issue and will probably be resolved soon

    Angry student veterans/dependent/mothers calling about not getting their V.A stipend or tuition paid when they did not turn in their paper work.

    -Allowed to use headphones -Minimal supervision -Great coworkers -Flexible hours

    Cons

    -Miscommunications between supervisors and BSW's creates confusion and wastes time -Not all supervisors are reasonable about completing tasks on time -Work can be mundane and disgusting -Responsible for expensive keys when signed -Residents can be unreasonable
