    6. 2.0
      Current Employee

      Pros

      - Tuition waiver to finish a master degree, will work around your work schedule. - 1 year: 24 vacation days (accumulated to max of 48 days), 25 sick days. - Lay back environment, you can surf the web the entire day - Can't get fired easily, the longer you stay the harder it is to get rid of you. - Health, dental, life, vision, mandatory retirement fund (SURS), optional 403(b), optional 457(b), etc. - Should be easy to get vacation approved - Whatever you need for the office you can get, especially with a budget surplus, before the end of the fiscal year. SPEND! SPEND! SPEND!

      Cons

      - Incompetent coworkers and management (pushes the work onto the more competent workers) - Tons of work, if you feel like working in this environment - Vague deadlines, since management doesn't set firm deadlines and deadlines tend to be forgotten by management - Little to no training - The lower your salary, the more work you get. - The more competent you are, the more work you get. - Low salary, your salary = x, your boss salary = 1.5x, your boss' boss salary = 2x, your boss' boss' boss salary = 3x - High bureaucracy (it takes 4 people and weeks/months to purchase 1 item for the office) - Lack of supplies - Little to no raises in salary - Vague work responsibilities
